Booking Guide

CookandStay is a service that offers you the quickest and easiest way to find and select cooking courses from around Australia. You can use CookandStay to book a demonstration or hands-on cooking class for yourself, your friends and family. There is no need to make any online financial transactions. Your security is assured.

Easy as 1,2,3

Step 1: Search Use the search boxes listed above to find a course that you like, based on the type of cooking style, the location of the cooking school or the time of year you want to go. The search results will describe the course in detail with dates, locations and costs.

Where available we also offer accommodation options and other local information, if you wish to build a family holiday around your cooking class.

Step 2: Request Use the "SELECT!" button at any time to request a preliminary booking. Fill in the required details on the form. You do not pre-pay at this stage. When we confirm your booking we will contact you to obtain payment details and advise you of any special requirements related to your bookings. CookandStay only accepts VISA, Mastercard and Bank Cheques for payment. Personal cheques, cash or other payment methods cannot be accepted. All costs are calculated in Australian dollars.

Bookings attract a booking service fee which is added to the transaction total. This booking service fee is $9.95 for demonstration classes and $19.95 for hands-on classes.

Step 3: eVouchers We send eVouchers and credit card receipts to your email address. These are used in exchange for your selected cooking class. When you receive your eVoucher make sure you check it for accuracy. Contact us immediately if the services or dates on your eVoucher are incorrect.

Step 4: Have a GREAT TIME We'd like to hear about your cooking course when you get back. Email your thoughts to info@cookandstay.com.au. From time to time we will personally phone selected individuals to hear your views on the course.
