CookandStay respects the privacy of all our customers and business contacts, and is committed to safeguarding the personal information which you provide us. CookandStay is subject to the requirements of the National Privacy Principles which are contained in the Privacy Act 1988.

CookandStay needs to collect personal information about you, including your name, address, email and telephone number to provide our cooking holiday services. This is the only information that we require electronically. All requests for credit card details following a booking will be handled personally with you over the phone. The personal information we have about you will not be used for marketing and research purposes. We respect the commercially confidential information of our service suppliers

Business information collected by CookandStay in order to offer our services is held in a secure location. Only certain business information associated with the offering of services is made public on the CookandStay website after discussion and agreement with service suppliers.
